Fabulous Confit Duck. 4 good size legs and plenty of fat to roast the potatoes. A perfect meal and a virtual culinary trip to the Dordogne!

My experience was amazing! I really wanted the foie to bring to my family all the way in Colombia and couldn't find it anywhere! They were extremely fast in their delivery and then when I tried it it was the most incredible taste ever! Definitely buying again.
