Mini Madeleines Vanilla 250g

Mini Madeleines are very soft mini sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-shape, It is a traditional French cake prepared with fresh butter. It is a perfect combination of sweet, buttery, delicious and melts in one’s mouth.  

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs 20 %, sugar, butter (milk), milk, stabilizer: sorbitol, glycerol, corn starch, glucose syrup, raising powders: diphosphate and sodium carbonate diphosphate and sodium carbonate, natural vanilla flavour 1% with other natural flavour’s, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, sunflower lecithin, bourbon vanilla 0.05%.
