Reblochon is a soft washed-rind and smear-ripened French cheese made in the Alpine region of Haute-Savoie from raw cow's milk. It has its own AOC designation. Reblochon was first produced in the Thônes and Arly valleys, in the Aravis massif.
AOP French cow's milk cheese from Savoie, Aged for a minimum of 12 days in a cellar.  (+/- 450g )

Ingredients: raw cow's milk, salt, lactic ferment starters (milk), animal rennet, dye (rocou), casein plate (milk)

Allergens in bold

Keep refrigerated 0-8C

Full flavoured cheese

A lovely piece of creamy Reblochon cheese, some crusty bread and a nice glass of Claret, what could be nicer. A truly delicious cheese that is like a good Brie but with more flavour.
